- Spreadsheet Data: We never access, read, transmit, or store the contents of your Excel workbooks, cells, formulas, or any data within your spreadsheets, except for Reference Table Manager's Optional AI Analyse dataset which processes column prifles in real-time and is no data is stored after anlaysis is complete
- Personal Files: We do not access any files on your computer or cloud storage.
- Browsing History: We do not track your browsing activity.
2.2 Information We MAY Collect
- License Information: If you purchase a Pro subscription, we store your email address and subscription details to verify your license status.
- Usage Counts: We may track the number of times you use our functions (aggregate count only) to enforce free tier limits.
- Error Reports: If an error occurs, we may collect technical information (error type, browser version) to fix bugs. This never includes your spreadsheet data.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Verify your license status (Free vs Pro)
- Enforce usage limits on the free tier
- Improve our products and fix bugs
- Provide customer support
- Send important product updates (with your consent)
4. Data Storage & Security
License and subscription data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure cloud services with:
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security audits
Your spreadsheet data is stored only in your own workbook and is never transmitted to our servers.

Our add-ins operate within Microsoft 365 and use:
- Microsoft Azure: For backend services, database storage, and Optional AI analysis
- Microsoft AppSource: For distribution and payment processing
- Cloudflare: For website hosting and security
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

XMatchExclusive
XMatchExclusive stores matching state data (which cells have been matched) within your Excel workbook's settings. This data:
- Stays entirely within your workbook file
- Is saved when you save your workbook
- Is never transmitted to our servers

Reference Table Manager
All reference tables, column definitions, and row data you create within the add-in are stored exclusively in your Excel workbook using the native Settings API.
- Your data travels with the workbook file (.xlsx)
- Your data iYour data is not used to train or improve AI modelss accessible only to people who have access to the workbook itself
- No data is sent to any external server, database, or cloud service operated by Fatimode
- Optional AI Analysis is performed via Azure OpenAI Service (Microsoft), whereby Column profiles are processed in real-time and are not stored after the analysis is complete and Your data is not used to train or improve AI models
